Native Americans

We created the sound of a rainstorm using drums.

The children learned that Native Americans used
natural resources for food, tools, clothing, and shelter.

A cradle board for holding a baby. The board could be
worn on a mother's back or hung from a tree outside.
We learned that this is where the song, "Rock-a-bye Baby"
originated.

A group shot of the class dressed in
Native American clothing.
