I found this great animal book in the Scholastic book order.
What Do You Do With a Tail Like This? by Steve Jenkins and
Robin Page was a big hit with the children!

This week we learned about animal coverings, behaviors, habitats

and groups. The children created a puppet of an animal they like.

We discussed the likenesses and differences of the animals they created.
