The children experienced changes in states of matter. They
observed ice change from a solid to a liquid.

We created a "blubber glove" using plastic bags and Crisco shortening.
The kids found that the hand coated in "blubber" was warmer in ice
water.
The boys have fun playing Racing Bears during math centers.
