Science Fair

We browsed the wonderful book selections at the book fair.

For our science fair project we tested the wattage of three incandescent

bulbs and three fluorescent bulbs. The children recorded the beginning

temperature and the ending temperature after each trail.

Each class prepared a board for the science fair. This is ours. We

learned that the as the wattage of the incandescent bulbs increased,

so did the temperature. However, as the wattage of the fluorescent bulbs

increased, the temperature stayed the same. We concluded that

flourescent light bulbs are more energy efficient.

The children sorted recyclable items.
